Hard work vs Flow Work: What’s the Difference? And Which One is Better?

There seems to be a debate going on out there in the coaching space. It’s about whether or not the work you do should feel hard, or “in flow”.

What do you think?

Are you all about the grind, or all about the flow?

Well, in this quick video I set the record straight.

Neither is right, or better than the other!

If you’re committed to a goal or vision, you’ve got to release attachment to whether it’s hard or easy.

Because the truth is, it’s going to ebb and flow. And if you’ve ever pursued anything big in life, you already know this!

Non Attachment to the results, and to the how and when is where true freedom lies.

When you can stay in the present moment, and simply focus on the step you’re in, no matter how difficult or easy… eventually you will experience success in that endeavor.
