HOW TO HANDLE CHANGE AND UNCERTAINTY

Avoid Chaos and Confusion by Using These Strategies:

Are you someone who craves change, variety, and excitement on a regular basis? Or are you someone who fears change & uncertainty?

Whatever your mindset is around change, by now you’ve figured out what the rest of us have – that change & uncertainty is inevitable!

We can’t prevent it, and we really can’t control it.

But we CAN control how we handle it!

Personally, I love change. And I seek it out in many areas of my life – in my sports and physical activities, in my environment (over the past 3 years I’ve lived in 3 different countries, and 5 different cities/states), and in my business.

Change makes me feel refreshed. It gives me something to plan around, to problem solve, and to step up to.

I love change, but it’s not my main source of motivation. It’s not my main motivator, according to the 6 Human Needs. Have you taken this quiz yet? It’s truly life changing!

My main motivator is actually Growth, but I still like change.

Though not as much as some of you!

Those of you who are mainly motivated by change & uncertainty actually need it to feel alive and whole. And if you don’t get enough of it, you can fall into a funk or act out in negative, sometimes self-destructive ways.
