1. Heat the seeds in the oil
2. Add the water once seeds begin to dance and pop
3. Add spices
4. Add mung beans
5. Add any veggies you’d prefer
6. Cook for roughly one hour, or until the dahl is soft
7. **You could also put this all in a slow cooker and cook on low all day.
