Yes, I am aware that this recipe breaks all of the food combining rules I write about in my Ebook “Your Best Belly”. But many of you are not yet following those rules. It’s like I always say – one thing, one step at a time.

And along the way, you deserve a healthier treat too! So go ahead and enjoy a few “conscious cookies”, absolutely guilt-free. 🙂

1/2 cup natural nut butter
1/2 cup mashed bananas

Preheat oven to 350F

1. Mix dry ingredients (except chocolate) in bowl
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Add dry to wet and mix together
4. Add chopped up chocolate to bowl
5. Scoop rounded teaspoon onto lightly sprayed non stick cookie sheet
6. Bake 10 minutes max
7. Allow to cool

Makes 25-30 cookies ?????

MACROS per full recipe cookie = 2.7 grams protein, 2.9 grams carbs, 2.5 grams fat
CALORIES per cookie = 45

*Omit chocolate for fewer calories (carbs + fat)

Recipe

DRY:
1/2 cup whey powder
1/2 cup ground oatmeal
1 TBSP baking powder
1-2 packs stevia optional (I use one)
1/2 oz dark chocolate optional (I use 86%)

WET:
1/2 cup egg whites

REMEMBER: You must use REAL all natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter, and REAL dark cocoa chocolate (that means 75% or higher) to eliminate all the empty sugar calories.

You could also eliminate the chocolate altogether, or replace with raisins.
